From the moment I checked in, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and cared for. The level of personalized service they provided was unparalleled - it felt like I was the only guest in the entire hotel, and they made sure every moment of my stay was perfect. To top it all off, on the morning of my birthday, I was surprised with a bottle of Prosecco and a delicious little cake as a thoughtful gesture from the hotel. Very nice, cozy accommodation to stay in Rome. Very close to the centre and to Vatican, the staff is super kind and helpfull, the breakfast was delicious and the room was super clean and comfortable. It's one of the most affordable hotels in central Rome. The staff waited for us to check in given the delay on our flights and claiming the luggages. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. No noise all throughout the nights we stayed. The breakfast is FREE but small but it was alright since light breakfast means feast on lunch from the amazing trattoria's in Rome.

Breakfast is excelent, there is plenty of options and everything is refilled regularly during breakfast hours. Location is close to Vatican and it is easy to get to different locations across Rome.
