It was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful with letting us store luggage while waiting to check in. Breakfast was very nice and the stay was quite comfortable.

Probably the most beautiful hotel ever. Although not big, it's beautifully decorated, furnished and maintained, the rooms are very modern and comfortable, large, luxurious, actually can't praise it enough, we'd go to Florence just for this hotel alone, well done guys, amazing job, so much good taste in everything, excellent customer service, an absolute pleasure to be there, loved it!
