Lungarno del Tempio, Florencia – hotely

Ville Sull'Arno offers accommodation in Florence, right on the banks of the river Arno. It features a restaurant and a free wellness centre with an indoor pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. The experience in Villa Sull’arno was outstanding! The staff, the room, the building itself, the garden, the spa. There is a shuttle service to the city center, which is a great idea, although we preferred to use the bikes this time and it was a lot of fun and a good way to get around the city. They are in every detail! We would love to come back!

Hotel Orcagna sa nachádza v pokojnej oblasti v blízkosti rieky Arno. Za 15 minút sa pešo dostanete na námestie Piazza S. Croce a na recepcii si môžete požičať bicykel a prejsť na ňom celú Florenciu. This is an excellent property at a reasonable price close to the city center. The breakfast is excellent and staff are helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this property if you are visiting Florence.

FH Grand Hotel Mediterraneo is set on the banks of River Arno, 1 km from Piazza Santa Croce. Rooms offer free WiFi, and there is an à-la-carte restaurant serving Tuscan dishes and special diet menus. Very pleasantly surprised by the FH55 staff, location and rooms. Very well modernised, quick walk into the main streets and sight-seeing. Underground parking was a real plus too. Thank you!

Hotel Arno Bellariva sa nachádza vo vile z 19. storočia na brehu rieky Arno, 900 metrov od námestia Piazza Michelangelo. Výborné raňajky v cene, súkromné (platené) parkovisko a veľmi príjemný personál. Ihneď po príchode sa nám venoval veľmi ochotný manažér. Aj keď sme prišli ešte pred check-inom, svoje auto nám už dovolil zaparkovať na súkromnom parkovisku v areáli hotela. Na recepcii nám poskytol všetky informácie o meste, odporučil reštaurácie ako aj mapu so všetkými pamiatkami v okolí, ktorá nám prišla veľmi vhod. Vybavenie hotela bolo na veľmi dobrej úrovni, rovnako tak aj čistota. Raňajky boli skutočne skvelé, so širokým výberom všetkého. Vyberie si rozhodne každý. Hotel určite vrelo odporúčam. Od centra mesta asi 10-15 minút pešej chôdze, rovnako tak aj od najkrajšieho výhľadu na mesto - Piazzale Michelangelo.

Hotel Grifone Firenze - Urban Pool & Spa offers rooms in a quiet, residential area of Florence with excellent transport links. The hotel is not very far from the city center- only 25-30 minutes walk either on the river side or through a very nice city area with restaurants and shopping stores. Or you could opt for the bus (1.5 eur per person per trip)- the bus station is very closed to the hotel. The location is very good being in a nice and quiet area of the city. The hotel offers a parking lot. Staff is very professional, friendly and oriented to fulfill guests demands. Room service - perfect: we ate some delicious cakes we would recommend to try (unfortunately forgot the names). There are bathrobes, sleepers, all needed amenities. The shower is great (hot water and prefect water pressure) We totally recommend the hotel.

Located in Florence's historic Santa Croce neighbourhood, B&B Hotel Firenze City Center is a 10-minute walk from the Santa Croce Basilica. It offers design rooms with free Wi-Fi and LCD TVs. Very clean, comfortable bed, very good breakfast with good price (€ 9.50/person) and you can pay for it per day of use and it has a lift. If you go by car, there are a lot of parking slots in the street (blue lines) where you pay per hour from 8AM to 8PM, and it doesn’t charge on Sundays. It’s a little bit far from where things happen in Firenze (~1.2 from touristic places), but it has a nice location, it is a safe region and you can do everything by foot. Our room has a view to the piazza Michelangelo and we could hear the party in the end of the days (we were in Florence during the weekend) and see the fireworks from our window.

Hotel Bologna is located in a quiet street, a 5-minute walk from the River Arno. Rooms have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Bologna Hotel’s rooms have simple decoration. Great location! Lovely and clean! Staff really helpful and very welcoming!

Ubytovanie Fiorino House sa nachádza vo Florencii v štvrti Lungarno del Tempio 2,4 km od miesta Námestie Piazza della Signoria. Hostia tu majú k dispozícii terasu a bezplatné Wi-Fi. A highly recommended place to stay in Florence. Not in town centre, so away from traffic and noise. It is situated in a quiet residential area, on a quiet street, so no noise from outside. In any case the accommodation is to the rear of the building on the ground floor. Excellent and frequent bus service minutes from the flat to reach the town centre and/or railway station in around 15/20 minutes. Everything you need is there. Friendly owner, who met us at the flat for keys and introduction, also left some coffee, tea, biscuits, jam and even Nutella for first breakfast. Some other basic groceries too! Endless opportunities for shopping nearby. We didn't have a car....

Located at only 50 meters from the beginning of the Unesco historical center and at the 3rd floor of an early 19th-century building, with a cargo-lift suitable only for luggages. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful. They even showed us on map many places to visit and gave us great recommendations for coffee place and restaurants. They also stored our bags the last day of our stay, which was a great help. Room was very clean and quite big, with new furniture with plenty of space to put stuff (even space for shoes and bigger luggage). All toiletries were provided and bathroom was spotless.
