The location is close enough to the centre to walk. Breakfast is just fine. Closed garage for a small fee is great.

Ville Sull'Arno offers accommodation in Florence, right on the banks of the river Arno. It features a restaurant and a free wellness centre with an indoor pool, sauna, and Turkish bath. The experience in Villa Sull’arno was outstanding! The staff, the room, the building itself, the garden, the spa. There is a shuttle service to the city center, which is a great idea, although we preferred to use the bikes this time and it was a lot of fun and a good way to get around the city. They are in every detail! We would love to come back!

FH Grand Hotel Mediterraneo is set on the banks of River Arno, 1 km from Piazza Santa Croce. Rooms offer free WiFi, and there is an à-la-carte restaurant serving Tuscan dishes and special diet menus. Very pleasantly surprised by the FH55 staff, location and rooms. Very well modernised, quick walk into the main streets and sight-seeing. Underground parking was a real plus too. Thank you!

Set in a 19th-century villa by the banks of the River Arno, Hotel Arno Bellariva is 900 metres from Piazza Michelangelo square. It offers a garden and patio, plus free WiFi throughout. Absolutely lovely staff!! Always helpful and pleasant. Though it’s far from the center, buses run right out front!

Hotel Grifone Firenze - Urban Pool & Spa offers rooms in a quiet, residential area of Florence with excellent transport links. we liked everything about this property. we were greeted by Duccio, who was so honest & helpful with all aspects of our stay! the hotel is a 30 minute walk which was amazing, room was exactly as described with a beautiful terrace! Spa was more than we could have imagined, the pool massage completely rejuvenated us after a long day exploring Florence. we were recommended to eat at the JB Jazz Bistrot next to hotel , staff and food was outstanding as well as the live music!

Located in Florence's historic Santa Croce neighbourhood, B&B Hotel Firenze City Center is a 10-minute walk from the Santa Croce Basilica. It offers design rooms with free Wi-Fi and LCD TVs. Very clean, comfortable bed, very good breakfast with good price (€ 9.50/person) and you can pay for it per day of use and it has a lift. If you go by car, there are a lot of parking slots in the street (blue lines) where you pay per hour from 8AM to 8PM, and it doesn’t charge on Sundays. It’s a little bit far from where things happen in Firenze (~1.2 from touristic places), but it has a nice location, it is a safe region and you can do everything by foot. Our room has a view to the piazza Michelangelo and we could hear the party in the end of the days (we were in Florence during the weekend) and see the fireworks from our window.

Hotel Bologna is located in a quiet street, a 5-minute walk from the River Arno. Rooms have air conditioning, a flat-screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Bologna Hotel’s rooms have simple decoration. Great location! Lovely and clean! Staff really helpful and very welcoming!

Not in town centre, so away from traffic and noise. It is situated in a quiet residential area, on a quiet street, so no noise from outside. In any case the accommodation is to the rear of the building on the ground floor. Excellent and frequent bus service minutes from the flat to reach the town centre and/or railway station in around 15/20 minutes. Everything you need is there. Friendly owner, who met us at the flat for keys and introduction, also left some coffee, tea, biscuits, jam and even Nutella for first breakfast. Some other basic groceries too! Endless opportunities for shopping nearby. We didn't have a car....

Terletak hanya 50 meter dari awal pusat sejarah Unesco dan di lantai 3 sebuah bangunan awal abad ke-19, dengan lift kargo yang hanya cocok untuk bagasi. The hosts were extremely nice and helpful. They even showed us on map many places to visit and gave us great recommendations for coffee place and restaurants. They also stored our bags the last day of our stay, which was a great help. Room was very clean and quite big, with new furniture with plenty of space to put stuff (even space for shoes and bigger luggage). All toiletries were provided and bathroom was spotless.
