EVERYTHING!!! It is a luxury hotel hidden in the heart of Firenze. The room is spacious and spotless, the restroom (oh my!) is almost same size of the living room and decorated old money style. The staff is sooooo nice and helpful!!!

This is one of the BEST places we have stayed in. The room was large with a wonderfully large bathroom. It was spotlessly clean and everything was just perfect in our suite. All the staff were exceptional! Sylvia and Francesco were so helpful and such a pleasure. They called us cabs, recommended and booked restaurants (which were excellent), were friendly and kind and made our stay so much more enjoyable. There were lovely staff to help with luggage when we arrived as well as when we left. The location is unbelievable- walking distance to every single thing. In addition there are shops, the grocery, restaurants all within a couple minutes walk. We shall never stay anywhere else when we visit Florence again.

Palazzo Niccolini al Duomo Residenza D'Epoca is right next to the Duomo Cathedral in Florence. It offers air-conditioned accommodation and a buffet breakfast. The Location was amazing, walking distance from everything. The staff was very friendly and they helped us with restaurant recommendations and reservation. The breakfast was wonderful. Over all a very great stay.

Rooms are spacious and very clean! Staff eager to help and very welcoming. They get a 10 + and, the breakfast buffet was delicious!
