Situated 5 minutes’ drive from Tunjungan Plaza Mall, Hotel Santika Premiere Gubeng Surabaya operates a 24-hour front desk with free WiFi accessible throughout the hotel. Good location, but I didnt walk far. There is indomarer just 2 min walk. We have to go to train station and it is only five min by car, and if you want to walk it will be only 15 min. The breakfast is good. The room is good and clean. We stay in ibis one night before and decided to move here. I am glad we did so. Staff are really nice. But there is one point in ‘waht didnt you like?’ section.

We loved our stay very much. The location is not right at the main street so it's pretty calm. Very close to everything. The staff were super nice as well.
