A lovely resort in every way! We were given a family room, which was perfect for a family of 4! It was comfortable, clean and very spacious. Staff all over the resort were warm and the facilities were lovely. There are several pools to swim in, and sunbeds were always available. Evening entertainment was wonderful for both, adults and children. There were also many sporting and fun activities throughout the day. In terms of food, the Greek restaurant was our favorite, and we could have eaten there all day, every day! The food was extremely fresh and flavorsome. We tried the Asian restaurant which was good, and the main buffet (quite busy) had several culinary themes throughout the week. The waterpark (which is awesome!) is in the hotel adjacent to Lyttos Mare, but they are both connected. There is a small yet convenient supermarket within the resort, in addition to a fun arcade room. Would highly recommend this resort!

The views were spectacular from both of our rooms. The breakfast was incredible and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Veronique helped us make dinner plans and helped with any other needs we had. It is a very wonderful place that helps to make your stay perfect.

Perfect location, super nice and helpful staff, decent prices with good services. Clean rooms, nice food, nice drinks. Totally recommended.

The staff were the best from arrival everyone was nice pleasant and helpful, everything was so quiet and comfortable, the good is good cocktails great and the service at the whole hotel was just super, a great pool and an amazing view made me want to live there

Anna Maria Village er staðsett í Anissaras, 25 km austur af Heraklion, 2 km vestur af Hersonissos og 300 metra frá ströndinni. The staff was really polite and helpful. They were especially considerate in regards to special requests (early check-in and preferred floor) and even upgraded my room for free. The room was spacious and the furniture was new and modern.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mitsis Cretan Village Hotel, and I must start by giving a big thank you to the Pinkwave animation team. Their shows were amazing and truly added to the enjoyment of our stay. It is a pity that they only have two shows a week. These performances are much more engaging and enjoyable than those by external entertainers, as we have no connection to the external acts. The animators we meet during the day are the ones we come to watch, and their familiarity makes the shows even better. I would love to see more shows from the Pinkwave team in the future. The hotel staff were some of the nicest I have ever encountered. A special thank you to Dimitris for his help with our luggage and to all the reception staff who made us feel so welcome. The team at the main bar were incredibly kind, and I cannot forget to mention the wonderful Mrs. Popy and Sir Nagy from the pool bar who made our time by the pool extra special. Overall, my stay at Mitsis Cretan Village Hotel was fantastic, thanks to the exceptional animation team and the wonderful staff. I look forward to returning soon!

Eleonora Boutiqe Hotel er staðsett á afskekktum stað í Anissaras og státar af útisundlaug. Gististaðurinn er staðsettur í blómlegum garði, í aðeins 300 metra fjarlægð frá næstu strönd. The Eleonora Anissaras was great! The family running it are all very welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to Eleonora, who was absolutely brilliant. Hotel is lovely and clean. Breakfasts are delicious and variable, everyday something new so you won't get bored. Very glad for having stayed here.

Would like to mention specifically the host of the main restaurant Anna and her colleague host, Nektaria in the restaurant, Giorgos in the bar and Katerina life guard. They were very nice to me and my daughter Mila
