The staff in this hotel are excellent in service , very friendly and helpful, they treat me as one of family members, I was sick my BP was very high and they helped me to call 911, it was not good moment for me but really this is something that staff went an extra miles to help me. I would like to thanks to the lady who came to my room and try to check my bp and she advised me to go hospital as well the service manager and all staff.

citizenM Tower of London is located directly above Tower Hill Underground Station. It was very modern and I liked the decor of the hotel

Ideally located in Central London on Seething Lane the 4-star Apex City of London Hotel is one of the city’s most stylish! Was upgraded, and lovely staff decorated room our room with flowers, towel origami and macaroons. We got a room with a big balcony with a view. Room service was quick and food quality was good and was not expensive.

Ovaj prijateljski i udobni hotel smješten je sjeverno od mosta Tower Bridge, u blizini londonskog Tornja, mosta Tower Bridge, nebodera Gherkin, rijeke i četvrti St Katharine Docks. Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, very well equipped. Good breakfast. Overall a great value. Met my expectations.

Hotel Novotel Tower Bridge nalazi se u poslovnoj četvrti City u Londonu, na svega 5 minuta hoda od čuvene tvrđave Tower of London. Nice location. Excellent staff wich helped us a lot with trains and restaurants suggestions. Marin at the desk gets a special thank you for all the help and patience he showed us. One of the best hotel employee we have come across.

Just a short walk from The Tower of London, the new Indigo London Tower Hill Hotel offers individually designed boutique rooms with free Wi-Fi, Nespresso coffee machines and flat-screen TVs. We loved the location, large rooms, and value of the hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating.
