The staff are very kind and helpful, the location is very good for the shops, amenities and ease of access by transport. Clapton train station is a short walk from the property. There are a number of parks close by for running and walking, Hackney is a vibrant and friendly, multicultural area. We felt safe walking around in the evening. The room was beautifully furnished, very modern and clean. It was nice chatting in the kitchen to the owner/staff and other guests. This was the best accommodation we have ever stayed in, we felt like part of the family.

The apartment was very nice and well presented. It was clean and tidy which is very important. The place felt very safe with the electronic gates and fob key access.
