Such a cool hotel! The rooms a really big, wasn't expecting that considering the normal London size. Particularly enjoyed the gorgeous bath in the room. Location was great too, nice area with plenty of shops. Also right next to the train station so even though you're out of central London, it's very easy to get transport. The live music and bar downstairs was also such fun. I would happily recommend this to anyone and will definitely be telling friends and family to stay there :)

Situado em Londres, o The Balham Loft - NEW Gorgeously equipado com estacionamento gratuito e metrô nas proximidades é uma acomodação recentemente renovada, a 3,4 km de Colliers Wood e a 3,9 km de... The condition of the Balham Loft was exceptional! It was beautifully clean and well organized and much bigger than expected, it completely surpassed our expectations. The location is excellent, central to shops, restaurants, train station and tube for travel anywhere. However, still managing to be quiet and peaceful, for London. The host was extremely helpful in every way possible, always contactable and answering any queries very promptly. Overall staying at the Balham loft is a wonderful experience from start to finish in every way and we would strongly recommend. We will definitely be back! Thank you

The apartment itself is situated in a residential location, just 10 min walking from Balham station. The space has modern decor that tastefully combines urban chic with cozy comforts. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and there was a nice little balcony which is a plus. I'd highly recommend this flat. Thank you, We'll be back!

Apresentando acomodações com varanda térrea, o Boutique Victorian 4 Bed House with Garden in Balham está situado em Londres. It's a short walk to the underground where there are food and coffee shops. The accommodation is very clean and spacious. There are new towels, shampoo, and soap provided in every bedroom. The washer and dryer are separate units. The kitchen is the best we've ever encountered. Will stay again if we travel to London.

The Neighborhood had a lively nightlife but the apartment was a few blocks removed and pretty quiet. The overground train ran right by the apartment but it was not loud--even with the window open at night. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed, and far better than a hotel. Modern kitchen. Safe family friendly building.

A lovely apartment close to Balham shops and tube stations of Clapham South and Balham (Northern Line). The apartment is exceptionally well equipped and has excellent wifi. While many would appreciate a dishwasher we much more appreciated the under-bench washer dryer in the kitchen. The hosts were very pleasant and helpful and we will definitely stay again if available.

This stay exceeded all our expectations. The flat is equipped like hosts were going to live there themselves. Kitchen has everything a family could need. No any small thing that we could comply. Location is excellent - safe, quiet and just few minutes of walking to subway, hypermarket, stores/restaurants etc. We used several properties to stay in London during last couple years and this one is definitely the best we have seen to the moment. Strongly recommended.

Location was a 7 minute walk from the tube and in a very quiet area. We booked because of the location.
