Tee und Kaffee, Kühlschrank. Habe auf Anfrage im Pub frische Milch bekommen für den Tee. Sehr freundliches Personal und für das Lunch und Dinner bekommt man als Hotelgast 30% Ermäßigung auf das Essen. Sehr gute Lage.

Die Unterkunft The Balham Loft - NEW Gorgeously appointed with FREE parking and tube close by ist gelegen im Bezirk Wandsworth in London, 3,9 km von Clapham Junction, 5 km von Brixton Academy und 6,1... Amazing loft, very spacious, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s very difficult to find properties in London for this price, and definitely not in central London. It takes 20-25 minutes to get to central London and it is a great choice for accommodation if you are looking to visit London. Balham is a very pretty place with lots of coffee shops and supermarkets. Andy is amazing and was very helpful with any questions or requests that we had, he even ordered some EU wall plug adaptors for us. The place also has great WiFi. The beds are very comfortable too. Would definitely recommend choosing this place.

The apartment itself is situated in a residential location, just 10 min walking from Balham station. The space has modern decor that tastefully combines urban chic with cozy comforts. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials and there was a nice little balcony which is a plus. I'd highly recommend this flat. Thank you, We'll be back!

Lovely large house a short walk from the centre of Balham. Four double rooms all with comfortable beds, and two well appointed bathrooms. Well equipped with all the facilities we needed for a large group including large kitchen/diner, washer, dryer, good wi-fi and a large lounge. The communication with the agent managing the property was quick and easy. We needed street parking for a couple of days and the agent was able to arrange a permit.

The overground train ran right by the apartment but it was not loud--even with the window open at night. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed, and far better than a hotel. Modern kitchen. Safe family friendly building.

This was our best booking.com experience by far. The hosts were very accessible and kept in contact with us. Key collection was very easy. The property had everything we needed for our stay and was in the perfect location in a residential area in Balham. Shops and restaurants and bus and tube station 3 minutes walk to the High Street. We were 10 minutes walk from our daughter and her family. Highly recommended, we will definitely stay in this property again on our next trip to see our children !
