Beautiful place, really nice decorated, big room and really good bathroom. Location is key as well, walking distance from the city center. The bar and restaurant are top notch as well, fish and chips, beers, whiskeys, pasta, burguers, everything was really really good!

This magnificent Georgian townhouse boasts sumptuous rooms, each with a 42-inch plasma TV, DVD player, and slate bathroom. Room was lovely and clean, breakfast was DELICIOUS. The staff was exceptional. I will recommend this hotel to friends and family

Set in Edinburgh, Comely Bank Apartment is a historic apartment that offers free WiFi, and guests can enjoy a garden and a tennis court. The place was really clean and comfortable. We were traveling with a 4 years old child and it had toys for her, wich was great for the times we were at the apartment. Close to cafes, restaurants and to a Market! Annabel was welcoming and helpful through all of our stay. Highly recommend this Place!

Great location to restaurants, shops, Edinburgh castle, & sights around town. The apartment was lovely with spacious rooms, high ceilings, nice décor, updated bathroom, and kitchen. I have already told family members what a great place to stay when visiting Edinburgh.

This is a great little guest house, excellent location, comfortable bed, good value, quiet and very clean. Nice view at the back on the hillside. I would stay again. I travel around the world and stay in beautiful hotels and this is perfect for a short trip into the city for work.
