Best Western Kings Manor in Edinburgh offers free WiFi, a 20-metre swimming pool and a gym. Portobello Beach is just 10 minutes’ walk from the building. קיבלו אותנו מאוחר בלילה בהתראה מאוד קצרה עקב מקרה חירום שהיה לנו. קיבלו את פנינו בחיוך ונתנו לנו חדרים נוחים, נקיים ומרווחים. האזור מאוד שקט ונעים, רחוק מהמרכז אבל ההגעה למרכז קלה מאוד. הצוות עזר לנו בכל מה שהיינו צריכות.

Offering a shared garden and city view, at 300 metres from Portobello Beach and 3 km from Arthurs Seat. It is a nice appartment, clean, decorated with care. It is really confortable, and all equipments works well. There is everything that you need for a short stay. WIFI is ok. We have found leaflets for visiting places and activities.

Chris and Sinead were incredible hosts and made us feel at home from check-in. The breakfast each morning was something we looked forward to each day. It was restaurant quality (wife asked for a recipe) and the soft background music (personal note here) was spot on. Our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The property is located near a bus stop, so getting around isn’t an issue. Lastly, it’s a 2 minute (max) skip down to the beach. It’s one block away.

The apartment is lovely…looking out directly onto the beach. There are a lot of stairs being third floor. Not for the fainthearted or those expecting to do a lot of cooking (carrying bags up those stairs would be hard)! But location wise, bang on. Over the top of a cafe and pub. Hot evenings so plenty on the beach till late but not terribly noisy. Exactly what you want for a break…we had breakfast at the cafe and lunch at the pub!

The owner went above and beyond to help us. I forgot my license in the US and had to have it 48 hr shipped. The owner was so sweet and hospitable she can back early from her vacation to help out. Cottage was beautiful. Close to the bus station. Take to 124 to city center.

What a beautiful home, thank you so much for sharing the space with us! We traveled 4000 miles to be with family for a holiday, and found ourselves very comfortable, with plenty of room, enjoying amazing views, and in a great location! The public bus was so easy to catch and take around, we absolutely made the most of our stay.

We loved how homy it was and that it was right in front of the beach. The apartment was so inviting and was perfect for my 3 year old toddler. It even came with beach toys and a swing!!! We had such a great time.

This was a lovely home away from home - warm and quiet, with character, a great shower, modern kitchen, and a super comfy bed (the couch is great too!). So close to the beach and attractions there, with bus transport just a few mins' walk away (also close enough to the city to Taxi or Uber if preferred). Overall, the perfect retreat after a day's exploration around Edinburgh - somewhere to get warm and dry and recharge for the next day🙌
