This hotel sits in central Nice, just 350 metres from the ferry port and a 20-minute walk from the Promenade des Anglais. Its rooms are air-conditioned with free Wi-Fi access. The hotel is in a great location close to Port Lympia and to tram 2 with a direct connection to the airport. My room was not big, but the space was used very efficiently. The bed was super comfortable. For breakfast (included in the price) there was a great selection of food, served from very early in the morning. The hotel also has a co-working area, which makes it attractive not just for a holiday but also for teleworking.

We appreciate that the room was very clean, the bad is very comfortable and the breakfast is great. It is the second year when we visit Nice and decide to stay at the same hotel and we do not regret this decision.

The apartment is really spacious, with nice interior, large sitting area and excellent equipped kitchen. Easy collect the property keys on arrival. Sabrine is super responsive host and let us late check-out the last dey. Easy communication. Thank you so much, Sabrine ,for the comfortable stay. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail: everything is in perfect condition, tasteful, even the color scheme in each room is chosen accordingly. Excellent location: close to the bus station, port, tram stop to the airport. The bed is soft, the linen is snow-white, the iron is excellent. a dream, not an apartment!)
