From the moment we arrived to Villa Angelus we realized the perfect location of the property. The first thing we like about about Villa Angelus is its breathtaking surroundings. Situated in a tranquil neighborhood, offering a peaceful relief from the energetic city and the beautiful gardens create a serene ambiance, making it an ideal spot to unwind and soak in the Mediterranean sun. The villa's close proximity to the center and to the promenade is another feature. Also the tram and bus is another option. For only 15 euros you can ride any bus and any tram in the city for one entire week. Villa Angelus is perfectly situated as a base for exploring the region. The iconic French Riviera is at your fingertips, with its glamorous towns like Cannes and Monaco just by taking the train in one of the many terminals (the tram or bus will take you there). Villa Angelus offers parking and this is another positive highlight because parking is very expensive in Nice. I also have to mention Delphine. She is a very nice tenant and she will help you with pleasure on anything you need. She speaks perfectly English, Spanish and of course the stunning French language.

Free parking, spacious balcony, very quite and lovely. They have everything you will need for the short stay. Two Bedroom are not adjacent which is good.

Very nice and convenient accommodation near the beach, shop, boulangerie, tram platform, which takes you to the airport in 15 minutes and to the city center in 30 minutes. The owner was very kind and helpful. A very pleasant terrace for relaxing. There is nothing to complain about.

Aiavaatega Le Côte et Mer asub Nizzas, 4,9 km kaugusel Allianz Riviera staadionist ja 6,1 km kaugusel Vene õigeusu katedraalist. Konditsioneeriga majutusasutus on 3 km kaugusel Plage Ste Helene'ist. Awesome view! The apartment is very spacey. Kitchen is very equipped! Quiet environment.

Promenade-des-anglais-front-sea asub Nizzas, Plage Lenvalist vaid 200 meetri kaugusel. Rannaäärsetes majutusruumides on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. Amazing sea view and just across the road from the beach. Lovely studio with modern kitchenette and bathroom. Would definitely use again and recommend to friends and family.

Hubane stuudiokorter Hiljuti renoveeritud apartemendis à 2 pas de la plage on televiisoriga elutuba. Liftiga majutusasutusel on ka päikeseterrass. Kogu majutusasutuses on tasuta WiFi-ühendus. It was very cozy and nice and very close to the beach and public transport. We even rented a car and we found a parking in the area without struggling.

Superbe appartement pour 4 personnes asub Nizzas, 100 meetri kaugusel Plage du Carrase väljakust ja 100 meetri kaugusel Plage Aubry Lecomte'ist. Kohapeal on ühine puhkeruum ja konditsioneer. The best accommodation I have ever stayed in. Great location. Feels like home.
