We had an extremely pleasant stay at Ocean Drive. The location is exceptional, 5 minutes' walk from Puerta del Sol, opposite the Teatro Real. You get out of bed and enter the metro (Opera station). The room is big enough, perfectly clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant on the ground floor has a wonderful sangria. We will definitely stay at the same hotel on our next visit to Madrid.

I liked the facilities, such as the swimming pool (a very plus, overall when it is warm and sunny) on the rooftop and the wonderful view on Madrid from the rooftop, as well as the indoor spa. The location was just great, next to the Plaza Mayor and the famous Marcado San Miguel. The breakfast was also very complete. The hotel was clean and the common areas (spa, rooftop, bar/dinner room) were all looking very nice, comfortable and fancy. The staff was very charming and always very helpful!

Everything is spotless and new. Given the time of year, it was also beautifully decorated. We are definitely coming back. The staff were extremely helpful and always ready to help. They provided us with a baby cot and baby towels. We had a midnight flight after checkout and we could leave our bags secure during the day to walk around. Also, they let us use the baby changing room throughout the day, which was extremely helpful.
