Relais & Châteaux Heritage Hotel offers 5-star accommodation in Madrid, next to Paseo de la Castellana. It is located on a 20th century listed building beautifully decorated with a belle-époque... The staff went above and beyond to not only make us comfortable but to make us feel special, like favorite guests. It was a delight to return to the hotel each evening to see smiles on their faces. This is not the experience we felt outside the hotel.

I have stayed here several times before and always look forward to going back. It is beautifully designed, very comfortable, great beds, the staff is incredible. For us, the location was excellent. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Having a parking garage on site is always a plus.
