Carlos was polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms were well appointed. The bed was huge and ever so comfortable. Loved the breakfast and complimentary tea and coffee. Wonderful experience. The staff were extremely accommodating and attentive. The restaurant on site had an excellent dinner, although they were a bit understaffed. The room was large and very comfortable. They helped book us taxis and services. Beautiful building and grounds!
