The rooms were well appointed. The bed was huge and ever so comfortable. Loved the breakfast and complimentary tea and coffee. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Awesome hotel at the city center. Lots of good restaurants nearby, the hotel has a modern atmosphere while preserving the city heritage. The rooms are great, comfortable and quiet, and the rooftop is amazing, very nice views from Alhambra.

Nicely furnished big room, big bathroom. Conditioner was working very well. There is an elevator. Very clean. Friendly staff. Nice bar downstairs. Good location right next to the subway stop and not far from city center by walking.

Room was spacious, common areas very nice. A wonderful breakfast was included. The restaurant meal was delicious. The use of the water/soap features was great. I loved the scent throughout the hotel! Staff extremely accommodating and friendly.

Wonderful experience. The staff were extremely accommodating and attentive. The restaurant on site had an excellent dinner, although they were a bit understaffed. The room was large and very comfortable. They helped book us taxis and services. Beautiful building and grounds!
