Very stylish B&B in a beautiful historical building. Everyone who works there was super nice and such amazing people. The room was just like they show in photos. Absolutely lovely. Cleaning was everyday and the room was kept spotless. In the common room you have an access to coffee and home-made lemonade, to my opinion the best coffee in whole Barcelona and I could never have enough of the lemonade as well. So refreshing. For breakfast, 10 euro, make sure you try their caramel pancakes and the avocado toast. 🙂 I have stayed for 8 nights, to attend a course at the university and be able to enjoy the seaside in the evenings. Great connections to the city with Metro line or bus, no problems commuting. Plus evenings enjoying the sea and Rambla del Poblenou. Wifi connection was fast, no problems using my laptop for studies.

Das Appartement hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Die Einrichtung ist schlicht, modern und sehr praktisch. Alle Geräte (Waschmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Fernseher etc) waren neu, die Küche bietet alles, was man für ein paar Tage braucht, wir haben auch eine Willkommenstüte mit Salz, Öl und Essig vorgefunden. Die Klimaanlage ist extrem effizient und funktionierte in allen Zimmern. Das Quartier ist lebendig und bietet gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants; zahlreiche Bushaltestellen und Metrostationen befinden sich nahe des Appartements. Grosses Lob an die Verwaltung. Wie wurden sehr freundlich empfangen, die Kommunikation per WhatsApp funktionierte reibungslos und sehr schnell bei allen Fragen oder Problemen. Ideal war, dass wir das Auto in der Tiefgarage abstellen konnten. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Wir waren und sind sehr zufrieden. Übergabe und Check-out einfach, alles per WhatsApp abgestimmt, Nadya war immer erreichbar, vielen Dank für alles! Wir kommen wieder!

Das Beach Loft Duplex liegt in Barcelona, nur 650 m vom Strand entfernt. Dieses moderne Maisonette-Apartment verfügt über kostenfreies WLAN. Location was great, 5 min from metro station. The appartment was very big and very well organized. Hot wather and air conditioning were available all the time! The internet was stable and fast. Kitchen was well equiped! Overall 10 out of 10. We did not meet the owner, but he/she was responding quickly to our messages and requirements!
