A must in Santo Domingo. The property is absolutely without a fault, with clean and cozy rooms. We were in the room with the terrace overlooking the street, and loved it there. But even more important than the property itself is the staff! Everyone we had any interactions with was extremely kind and helpful. And Ramon was a perfect host, attending to us the whole stay. It's safe to say he goes above and beyond for his guests. From arranging the transfer from the airport, through the welcome package in the room, accommodating breakfast requests, to helping us with renting a car. If we are ever back in Santo Domingo, we have no doubt about coming back here!

The lady on reception was very helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome. It was close to the main shopping street and the rooftop bar was a very nice touch. As 2 female travellers we felt safe however we didn’t go out in the night.
