The resort didn't feel too busy despite staff saying it was full. There felt like there was plenty of space with various different pool areas and beach areas with different vibes. If you want music there is a pool with swim up bar or if you want quiet there is one closer to reception. There were lots of support staff including security which made it feel safe and well maintained. The adult only side of the resort buildings seemed relatively new and really well maintained.

Traveled with my family and my daughter and husband had so many activities to do. The staff was amazing especially Black Power with entertainment, Randol making omlet, the ladies seating at World Cafe, and Jose at Hibachi. The staff are all amazing. The beach area is gorgeous and so many chair options. You seriously can't go wrong with this resort. SO MUCH FOOD! Many options for restaurants and the buffet is to he best I've ever experienced. Many options for picky kids.
