Absolute gem in the middle of Heidelberg. Staff is attentive, professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Comfortable room w all amenities including air conditioning. Public spaces are beautifully furnished. Puppy dog was welcomed and spoiled. Parking for our SUV was easy. Quick walk to pedestrian zone, boat trips, and public transport. Would have loved to be able to stream shows on TV but that’s a tiny thing. Would return to Heidelberg just for this hotel.

A buffet breakfast is provided each morning and Heidelberg-Altstadt Train Station is a 10-minute walk away. great view in the room , we could see the castle in the room. Good for parking . You could get discount if parking overnight.
