Check-in, located on the 1st floor, is automatic: very easy, fast, and efficient (they gave me early check-in) Comfortable rooms, with air conditioning always working at 100%. Shower water with good strength and always hot (I've been in many 5* hotels where these aspects were bad). Clean and calm hotel. I asked for a quiet room and that's exactly what it was given.

We needed a few things from them and they were very accommodating. The most helpful staff I have ever seen. The location was excellent. Tiny fully functional single room with French bed and window, nice touch: Tee facilities & umbrella. Perfect location for who loves the red light district or what’s left of it. Very easy check in good communication. Mr Kai was very nice and the cleaning was exceptional
