Hotel Emiliana am Bahnhof features air-conditioned rooms with satellite flat-screen TV in the Rödelheim district of Frankfurt/Main. We had an excellent stay and highly recommend the hotel! This is a great place if you are a little more adventurous traveler. What I mean is that you will be staying in a neighborhood that is definitely more local, in fact kind of ethnic/blue collar so if the idea of staying a little bit away from tourists and getting a more authentic feel of a city appeals to you, this is your place. This was pretty much a turn-key operation, like Air BnB, so if you are looking for a Hyatt or Marriott vibe, this may not be for you. But if your travel style is a little more Anthony Bourdain while still getting some creature comforts then you will love it. What you will get is: 1) quiet rooms and quiet neighborhood; 2) one of the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on in a hotel- this is unique because I am a side sleeper and my wife is a stomach sleeper so we never agree on beds; 3) heated towel/clothes drying rack; 4) hair dryer, hand soap, and shower gel; 5) tea kettle; 6) a hotel that only has about 2-3 rooms per floor so if you are a family like we were you can book a whole floor to yourself; 7) they will do laundry upon request and it is inexpensive ($.40 E per piece though I think that may fluctuate a little); 8) responsive hotel hosts- I didn't see them (I think because of COVID-19) but they always responded to my Booking.com requests within a couple hours; and 9) less than a 5 minute walk from lots of things you will need as a traveler to include full grocery store (I'll call it medium sized by American standards), place to get your unlocked SIM card (O2, Lyca, etc.), COVID-19 testing site that is not busy (as many airlines require a COVID test now and this one works for entry into US), train station (4 stops from Frankfurt HBF using S3, 4, or 5), bus station, taxis at the station at all hours, a pretty good variety of walk-in bakeries and restaurants (special shout-out to Gastronomie Da Claudio, Omonni Fried Chicken, and Zum Alten Haferkasten).

Hotel Isabella se nachází na ideálním místě ve čtvrti Rödelheim v Frankfurtu nad Mohanem. All the people from hotel were extremely nice and helpful during all our stay. Breakfast was various, delicious and had also fine coffee. Even though the hotel has certainly some years, the rooms were nicely prepared and cleaned everyday. You feel spirit of family owned and preserved space inside. The place is little bit hidden, so it is also silent, which is great for good sleep. We certainly come back.

Very close to the room (3-5 min by walk) are the train and bus stations, which will take you to the center of Frankfurt in 10 minutes (7.5 euros are daily ticket for every kind of public transportation). In the hallway of the apartment, there is a map of interesting parts of the city, and the landlord will explain all the essential things to you. The room is very clean, as is the bathroom. There is enough space for two or three people to stay comfortably. All recommendations from the heart, and a big greeting to Umit.
