The room was very clean, and the staff was very well behaved. They seem to have a lot of experience with people who are forced to stay overnight in Frankfurt due to flight issues so they do their best to accommodate. Breakfast was amazing.

This modern hotel offers bright, cheerfully designed accommodation in the Niederrad district of Frankfurt, approximately 9 kilometres from the airport and around 6 kilometres from the trade fair. The location was perfect for us, it was nice and quite. Thomas at the front desk was wonderful, very customer oriented and full of information.

The room was very clean and comfortable! The stuff was super friendly and polite! We had our dog with us and everyone was very nice to her as well!
