Location is in a really nice area, a bit far from the center but transport takes you to wherever u want. Staff are really helpful and nice. Breakfast is good, nothing special. Don’t hesitate to book!

In-room amenities are complete and in good condition. Location is good for those who need to access the central train station by foot. Staff was extremely friendly, helpful, solution-oriented and effective. The hotel business is set up to serve meaningful social causes.

Staff we’re really nice, I wasn’t feeling well and they were quick to bring me a cup of hot water for tea and an extra duvet. Really appreciate it!

From the moment we arrived at the hotel we realised it's not an ordinary one. Starting from the entry to the room it has a very modern design and the staff is kind and respectful. The room was equipped with everything a 4-star hotel needs and was very clean and quiet. The breakfast is one of the most diverse I've ever seen (all-you-can-eat) and extremely delicious. The Mercure Hotel is located near the Birkenstraße U-Bahn entry station, making the tourist attractions accessible. A very well-deserved 4 stars to this First-Class hotel in Berlin!
