The Marktgasse Hotel is situated in Zurich´s Old Town, 200 metres from the Grossmünster and 500 metres from Lake Zurich, and boasts free WiFi, free access to a wellness centre, a restaurant and a... Perfect location. Small room but large bathroom and very comfortable stay. Staff member - Francesco was very helpful. Definitely stay again and highly recommended.

*The new Swiss Chocolate Hotel by Fassbind in Zurich was built in 2021. *The architecture and decoration of the hotels was inspired by the fabulous story of the Swiss Chocolate industry. Hotel design is modern and relaxing! Clearly built recently and a great vibe for young guests. Room was very clean and well laid out and the location is just unbeatable (4 min walk from HBf). Walk around and find restaurants and a nightlife scene any evening of the week!

This 3-star hotel is just a 10-minute walk from Zurich Main Train Station. It offers a restaurant and free in-room Wi-Fi. The Bahnhofstrasse shopping street is just a short walk away. We had such a lovely time at this hotel. The staff was exceedingly kind and friendly, the room wasn’t too big but really well equipped and functional, with hangers, enough storage space for clothes and in the bathroom, great lighting, a very nice desk, a mini fridge, a kettle to make coffee and tea… everything. Besides, we were travelling with our little dog and they left a soft bed for her, a bowl and a treat that she loved. Breakfast was also very good, with a fairly good selection and great quality. In summary, super recommended place!
