Hands down, one of the best places I stayed in Rio! The Receptionists (Lucas and Andreza) were absolutely amazing and the reason why I extended my stay at this place. They were super friendly, funny and gave me awesome recommendations about the nightlife (Lapa) and restaurants which were walking distance away from the hotel.

Located 2 km from Rio de Janeiro commercial centre and 3 km from Flamengo Beach. The restaurant serves a daily buffet breakfast. WiFi is free and private parking is possible on site, at a surcharge. Location is awesome, Saturdays can be light due to the weekend movida but also cool because out of the fire you have the Rio nightlife. Breakfast is awesome.

Américas Granada Hotel has a restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and bar in Rio de Janeiro. Staff were super friendly and service was great except when the pool bar is open it is almost impossible to get anything from the restaurant. It took 40min to get a Coca Cola up from the downstairs restaurant. They should just say “no service at the pool” and I would’ve got it myself. Other than that a great value stay.
