Wonderful staff and very good customer services around the restaurant and front office area. Very helpful and supportive for every guest .. those two guys are amazing supportive staff .

The Radisson Hotel is located just a few metres from the beach and between the main shopping centres, transport (BRT and Metro) and malls in the Barra region, such as Village Mall, Barra Shopping,... Front of house staff were excellent and helpful. The hotel is well located and an easy (daytime) walk to the fabulous beach. Our room was clean and cleaned well every day of our stay. A good start to our trip to Rio and Brazil.

Boasting an out-door pool and a spa, Grand Hyatt Rio de Janeiro is located in the heart of Barra da Tijuca, between the ocean, the lake and the mountains, just across the street from Reserva Beach. My stay at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Rio de Janeiro was truly remarkable, and there were several aspects that I particularly enjoyed. Firstly, the personalized service left a lasting impression on me - the staff's attention to detail and their genuine warmth made me feel like a VIP throughout my stay. Additionally, the breathtaking views from my room, overlooking the picturesque Rio de Janeiro coastline, were a daily source of delight. The culinary experiences at the hotel's restaurants were exceptional, and the spa treatments provided a perfect way to relax and rejuvenate. What I liked most, though, was the overall sense of luxury and comfort that enveloped me during my stay, making it a truly unforgettable experience.
