Boutique hotel 1898 The Post offers accommodation in an iconic, historical building in the heart of Ghent. It is situated in the former post office. Every little detail was perfect from the location, decoration, staff, cocktails (the Copperfield Martini), room design, little amenities and breakfast. It was heaven.

The location and the view out of the window are marvelous. The room is clean and has an organized structure. The breakfast buffet is great as well.

The NH Gent Belfort is located next to Ghent’s historic town hall building. It features stylish accommodation, a fine dining restaurant and an on-site gym and sauna. Free WiFi is available. Lokacija odlična ,zelo čisto in prijaznost.

I appreciated everything about my two-night stay at Edgar Guesthouse, and will most certainly return when I am in Gent again. The room was very comfortable and exceptionally clean. The refined and minimalist style, beautiful wooden furniture, and natural-toned textiles (and fine quality bedsheets, etc) give one a feeling of mental calm (and of being on holiday). Their restaurant around the corner, Edgar kaasbar, has a lovely selection of food and drinks. And I would recommend the Edgar’s breakfast basket. Also, the location is perfect! Very near to the Gent-Dampoort station and you can walk to everything from the guesthouse. Tip-top!
