Situated in Baku, 3 km from Freedom Square, The Ritz-Carlton, Baku features accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a garden and a terrace. Actually and honestly, every single employee was very welcoming and open to suggestions and questions….. everything is 1M/10 . Laundry was so fast and i got it ironed as well . We got complemantry fruites and nuts , marshmallows for our kids . It was super clean, amazing view . The foooooooood the fooood is amazing and reasonable prices for a lexurry hotel . My kids loved their food a lot also they have cooking activity for kids ( big thanks to our amazing (cheif Vugar ) and ( anstasia ) the one that took care of us during our stay

Very polite staff. Good restaurants and breakfasts were really delicious. The hotel's location is really nice. It's really near the Citi center and has such beautiful streets. And... They offer to try their own wine free:) I was really impressed by this hotel.

Accoglienza e assistenza eccezionale in ogni momento da parte dello staff, in particolare Firuza e Ali. La struttura è estremamente moderna e curata in ogni dettaglio. Livello di pulizia molto alto ovunque. Letti molto confortevoli e spaziosi. Wifi velocissimo. Doccia enorme. Ottimo amenity kit e qualità della biancheria. La camera era molto spaziosa e al ritorno la sera ci hanno fatto trovare un piccolo aperitivo con dolci, frutta secca e frutta. Apprezzatissima l'enorme Spa e palestra aperta gran parte della giornata con diverse piscine e aree sauna/hammam. Soggiorno nel complesso impeccabile. Accanto c'è un supermercato 24 ore e davanti due ottimi ristoranti. La zona è ben frequentata e si arriva abbastanza velocemente in centro anche a piedi.
