Tolle Aussicht, man könnte den ganzen Tag auf dem Balkon stehen und aufs Meer schauen. Es empfiehlt sich ein Fernglas mitzunehmen. Von Juni bis Oktober kann man Wale von den oberen Stockwerken sehen. Wir waren in der 44. Etage. Betten waren super bequem, Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles da, was man braucht. Badezimmer sehr groß. Großer Supermarkt ist im Erdgeschoss, Frühstück kann man in den nahegelegenen Cafés erhalten. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und auch weiter empfehlen.

Woodroffe Hotel is located in Southport on the beautiful Gold Coast. It offers convenient access to public transport, parklands, theme parks and is only 3.9 km to Surfers Paradise. Our room was very well presented, clean and comfortable .... the only thing missing was some biscuits to go with the tea and coffee. As it seemed that a lot of the people we saw staying at the hotel were there for The Red Hot Summer Tour, a music event down at the Parklands, as we were and I'd like to suggest that for events such as this that you organise bus transport from the hotel to the event that I'm sure all guests would use if the price was reasonable, it could be booked and prepaid for when making the accommodation booking with return trips booked in. The event was starting at 1.00pm so I'd suggest say three options like 12.00, 12.30 and 1.00pm departures and again three trips back after the event.

Apartment is superb with stunning view. Enjoying a cup of coffee early in the morning looking at the sun rise at the balcony; it's speechless! You even can see the view from both of the rooms From the balcony, you can see the tram station at the bottom, it is so convenient to go to Surfers and places around. China town and Australia Fair shopping mall are just around the corner. Cafes and restaurants are just around the corner. Easy check in with clear instruction given personally by host's mother (Amy, a big thank you to her).
