The property was in a great location. The staff was great. When something needed attention or fixed in the room, staff was quick to respond and fixed items immediately Would definitely stay again!

Located in the heart of Broadbeach on Australia's Gold Coast, The Star Grand at The Star Gold Coast is set amongst 7 acres of landscaped gardens and parklands. Room was very nice, liked the modern finishings with automatic curtains and blinds. The bed was VERY comfortable and the view was lovely. Downstairs at the casino the bar staff were lovely and remembered the drink I'd previously ordered which was a nice touch. The cafe did a beautiful breakfast and the staff there were polite and helpful.

Located in the heart of Broadbeach and just 300 metres from patrolled beaches, Sofitel Gold Coast Broadbeach offers luxury guest rooms, with breathtaking views of the Pacific Ocean or hinterland. The location was superb as was the hotel. Room was well appointed, had a bath which was great. Towels were beautifully plush. The bed was ultra comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay, one of the best places I have ever stayed.
