Guests staying at Alcyone Hotel Residences can enjoy a day of shopping at Portside Wharf, a stroll along the Brisbane River, 3 minutes' walk from the property, or a day in, relaxing by the properties... Our flight to Brisbane was delayed due to bad weather. The staff responded promptly to my e-mails during the day informing them of our indeterminately late arrival. After a chaotic travel day, we arrived at the hotel at 1am. Check-in was welcoming and smooth, the apartment was spotless and extremely comfortable, the receptionist found us a bottle of wine - perfect hospitality in the situation. In the morning we were able to order a good breakfast from the restaurant downstairs. We stayed only one night but would definitely stay there again on our next visit to Brisbane. The room rate was fair - not inexpensive, but value for money.

The apartment was really spacious and had everything we could need, and some! Perfected located in a bustling area with all the provisions you might need and easy access into town via bus or, more excitingly, ferry!

The bedrooms were very comfortable, and bathrooms were clean and well-designed. The amenities were sufficient for what we needed. Having the swimming pool was really nice, along with the undercover carpark. The location was really convenient for the places we wanted to visit.
