Boutiquehotel Villa Sissi is 1.7 km from Mozartplatz and offers luxury rooms, free use of bikes and a garden with a sun terrace and a pond. The hostess has been one of the kindest and most helpful I've met in a long time. The room was beyond beautifully designed, as was the whole facility, very clean! Breakfast is probably the best I've ever had at any hotel/hostel/airBnb... Distance to Salzburg is definitely walkable (10-15 mins) so you have the benefit of being in a quieter neighborhood while also being close to the city-center. DEFINITE recommend.

The Rosenvilla is located in the exclusive residential district of Aigen, south of the Kapuzinerberg Mountain and just a 10- to 15-minute walk from the Old Town of Salzburg. The staff was beyond nice. They informed us about all the main attractions in Salzburg and explained everything on a map. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was exceptional. The hotel environment was very cozy and relaxing, and within a 15 minute walk we were at the old part of town. I absolutely recommend this hotel!

Hotel Heffterhof enjoys a quiet location on the outskirts of Salzburg, 2.4 km away from the historic city centre. It offers free private parking and free WiFi access. the hotels was great, the room was spacious and clean and very cozy with a lovely terrace overlooking the mountains. the breakfast was really great also.
