Our small family run hotel is located about 5km south of the old town of Salzburg, in a quiet and scenic location. The property was beautiful and very well kept. The views were awesome. The bus into Salzburg was just around the corner and so easy and convenient. Around a 15 minute bus ride. Easy to and from Salzburg. We borrowed bikes and rode our bikes to Hellbrun Palace. It was a beautiful ride on easy paved bike trails. Breakfast was delicious and the service all around exceptional. I highly recommend.

A 10-minute drive from the centre of Salzburg, Hotel Frauenschuh is located in the quiet and green district of Leopoldskron-Moos. It has a spa area and offers free outdoor parking. The room was clean, nice deco, very comfortable, very cozy. Breakfast was awesome! Staff were nice and accommodating. Great for families to stay at.

Comfty, clean well equipped rooms, pleanty of info-flyers about the region at the check-in desk. The staff is really kind, the food is great. One must try the self brewed cider, and apple juice. Excellent location, really good beergarden.

We stayed in room 202, on the second floor. The place is great. Plenty of room, great amenities, parking, heating, fridge etc. Bus station right outside (25min to city center). Even though the property is right next to the street, there were no issues with noise. Communication with the owner went smoothly.

The apartment was spacious, newly renovated, and immaculately clean. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely every appliance and utensil you could think of. A nice balcony with chairs allows you to enjoy a morning coffee or a drink in the evening looking out at the snow-covered Alps. This is also a working farm, so you get to see the sheep every day out in the pasture next to the apartments and get a taste of Bavarian countryside life. Many guests have cars, but if you don't, a bus into town stops right in front of the property every 15 minutes or so.

The proprietors are wonderful - very friendly, charming and helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. There is an elevator, which is not always the case for small hotels and B&Bs. Right next to.a bus stop for convenient travel. We didn't have a chance to use the sauna - next time!
