Great value for the price and a short walk from the train station. Room was small but neat and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The street can be noisy with cars but they did a good job of ensuring privacy in the rooms. Nice to have a code for check in since we arrived in the evening and could just settle in on our own.

Dating from the early 20th century, this 3-star hotel is located on a main road a 10-minute bus ride or 20-minute walk from the Old Town of Salzburg. It was small and comfortable. I think it’s perfect for a single traveler.

She is very attentive and helpful. She informed us regarding the nearby grocery and transportation.There was plenty of information about the city in the appartement. The location was perfect and very quiet. We had a large and very private terrace where we had breakfast every morning. Walking to the center of Salzburg along the river was very pleasant and relaxing. It took 30 minutes. The bus to go downtown was an easy 5 minutes from the appartement. The property was clean and well situated for walking into the old town. I was a bit worried about the potential for noise, but both nights we stayed we had great sleeps!
