She is very attentive and helpful. She informed us regarding the nearby grocery and transportation.There was plenty of information about the city in the appartement. The location was perfect and very quiet. We had a large and very private terrace where we had breakfast every morning. Walking to the center of Salzburg along the river was very pleasant and relaxing. It took 30 minutes. The bus to go downtown was an easy 5 minutes from the appartement. Very accommodating and friendly host. The actual apartment looks way way better than on the photos. Literally stacked with everything that you need in an apartment. Location is about 25 mins walking from Salzburg Train Station and the main city area. Good Wifi.

The room was well organised and had all the necessities. Small things like electric kettle, Refrigerator, table chair arrangement & electric power sockets next to the beds made our stay very comfortable. 24*7 availability of reception was also was very assuring. The location too is very apt , just walking distance from HBF and bus stops.
