The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient, even I check in on high peak time of Christmas, The staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable. The bed was cozy, and the amenities provided, including complimentary Wi-Fi and toiletries-however there are some issues faced of housekeeping especially vacuuming and refilling toiletries, but I can exceed my expectations. The breathtaking view from my window added to the overall experience. The front hotel view has some construction although the side view covers the business bay with harbor. You can see Burj Khalifa from the swimming pool. The staff at S19 Al Jaddaf were exceptional. They were courteous, attentive, and always willing to assist. Special shoutout to Mr. Fehan at Reception for going above and beyond to make my stay memorable. The hotel’s location was convenient, with easy access to the Metro and total 6-10 minutes’ drive to Burj Khalifa – The Frame- Wafi Mall – The museum etc etc. The hotel's facilities, including the gym and pool, were well-maintained. Although the pool is considered small size however watchguard is available at all. I enjoyed a relaxing time at the spa within walking distance from the hotel, and everything exceeded my expectations. The on-site dining options were top-notch. The food was delicious, and the service was impeccable. I particularly enjoyed breakfast and BBQ dinner. There are serval restaurants and cafés available on walking distance including medical and grocery shop. While the cost was on the higher side, the overall experience justified the expense. I felt I received excellent value for my money. Without a doubt, I highly recommend S19 Al Jaddaf to fellow travelers, especially families. It exceeded my expectations in every aspect, and I would gladly stay here again.

The location is near to Metro station, there is a place to walk around and jog morning and evening. The place is near to Creek where you ride a boat for 2 Dirhams going to Dubai Festival City Mall. Aymen and Abbie are very accommodating and friendly. Ropa is very good also in assisting us during breakfast. Breakfast is very good. I recommend this hotel. Near to airport also.

Premier Inn Dubai Al Jaddaf sijaitsee Dubaissa 6 km:n päässä Dubai World Trade Centre -pilvenpiirtäjältä. Hotelli oli todella siisti ja hyvällä paikalla. Henkilökunta mukavia ja avuliaita. Sängyt olivat todella hyvät ja huoneet siistit. Matkustimme 5 henkisen perheemme kanssa ja saimme huoneet kytkettynä yhteen mikä oli iso plussa. Saimme toiveesta myös ystäväperheen huoneen lähelle meidän huoneita. Hotellin uima-allasosasto oli siisti ja hengenpelastaja todella tarkka ja avulias. Hotellin aamiainen oli runsas ja ravintolan pizzat ja pastat maukkaita ja edullisia. Tänne tulemme uudestaan!

The new 4- star DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf hotel, perfectly situated between Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Downtown Dubai. we loved our stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf, so close to the Airport. the bed & pillow extremely soft!! Amazing staff esp Luciano in the restaurant & Sean at front desk - they we're very accommodating. The Pool is great with great views.

Everything about this hotel was amazing and the decor is simply beautiful from the lobby through to every room and poolside. The staff are so friendly, always smiling and I don't think my stay would have been the same without them Madhu, Andriya, Zainabu, Kartik, Sana, Avery, Akram, Sandeep, Himanshu, Elizabeth, Kadry, Chef Prince - all of these and more I may have missed may my stay simply perfect and some of them I feel have become my friends because they made me feel so welcome and really looked after me. Thank you to this amazing team and professionalism this hotel has to offer. First class service and I am a huge fan of Versace and this hotel should be proud to carry the name so well.
