A welcoming environment and people make you feel comfortable and happy from the first moment of your stay till the end. Especially the reception and banquet team reserved a bid thanks and congratulations.

Anything that I asked for they helped me with. I celebrated my 30th birthday there and they decorated the room and upgraded my room. Regardless of whether it was my birthday the staff made me feel very welcome. Alexander and Hager really made the experience special with the way that the room was decorated for my birthday and the excellent customer service that they provided.
