Overall very much improved stay and very good value. I would have given ten stars but the internet in room 412 was extremely slow and no vegan options on the menu was disappointing. Otherwise highly recommended especially with the free spa entrance now included in the room price

No lift to upper floors. Stay included local travel tickets with a tram stop nearby direct to the Old Town, about five stops away. Cycle hire available.
