Chateau de Monrecour is located in Périgord Noir region, in the heart of the Dordogne Valley. It offers two heated swimming pools, a large south-facing terrace and a gourmet-style restaurant. The staff and the hotel are just excellent, the grounds and Chateau are amazing. Staff have attention to detail such as they'd put the Air Con on hours before we arrived at our room, with 36c temps, it was awesome to walk into a cool room. The staff were super-friendly & helpful, although it's location means you'd ideally need to drive anywhere (nearest village is not a safe walk on the main road), we've never felt the need to leave the place when using their amazing restaurant. We stayed mainly because of the restaurant, and it didn't disappoint us a 2nd time we've stayed here. We stayed at 8 hotels in 8 nights and this is probably the best, and ironically one of the cheapest - it's such good value. The pool was a perfect temperature too.

Le Château Olive et Raisin er gististaður í Fontaine-de-Vaucluse, 24 km frá Parc des Expositions Avignon og 33 km frá aðallestarstöðinni í Avignon. Þaðan er útsýni yfir borgina. Beautifully appointed modern apartment, spacious and comfortable. Wonderful views onto the river and terraces. Autonomous entry was east. Restaurant downstairs was high standard with charming staff, we ate there three nights. Highly recommended.

La Masia Del Taulat Chambres d'Hôtes er staðsett í Llo, 7,9 km frá safninu Museo Municipal de Llquí Llivia og 13 km frá Bolquère Pyrénées. The view was breathtaking, and the room was immaculate. Dinner and breakfast were really, really good. Tony was a joy to have as our host. There is so much to do in this area. We wish we had booked for 5 -7 days instead of just 2. The bed was super comfy and the pillows were perfect. A lot of thought went into creating this place. I loved all the beautiful furniture and wall hangings from other countries. This is a very special place and I highly recommend it.

Château Fleur D'Aya er nýlega enduruppgert gistiheimili í Artigues-près-Bordeaux, í sögulegri byggingu, 8,9 km frá Chaban Delmas-brúnni. Það er með verönd og sameiginlegri setustofu. The atmosphere was wonderful. Our host Rafael helped in all the ways possible, it was a cozy family type location. We enjoyed our two night stay, it was very close Bordeaux but also felt away in greenery. The chateaux was so nice but the homey attitude of the host and all the family made us feel so welcome. We would definitely recommend it to everyone and would love to come back. It was very conveniently located to plan visits to wine regions.

LE PETIT MANOIR er vel staðsett í miðbæ Sarlat-la-Canéda og býður upp á loftkæld herbergi, útisundlaug sem er opin hluta af árinu, ókeypis WiFi og garð. Excelent accommodations to experience Sarlat. Classy place.

Le Château de Roquebère er gististaður í Condom, 40 km frá Agen-sýningarmiðstöðinni og 41 km frá Stade Armandie. Þaðan er útsýni yfir garðinn. Lovely peaceful location. Our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Château Bonalgue - Pomerol er gistiheimili sem er staðsett í sögulegri byggingu í Libourne, 32 km frá Chaban Delmas-brúnni og státar af garði og garðútsýni. An ideal location and the breakfast was always delicious!
