From the moment we stepped into The Amauris Vienna Hotel, we were enveloped in sophistication and style. This new hotel boasts an exquisite interior design that perfectly complements its spacious rooms, which are equipped with everything one could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Situated on the Ringstrasse, directly across from the Vienna Opera and at the head of the main pedestrian street, Kärntner Straße, the location couldn't be more ideal. A standout feature of our experience was the exemplary service provided by Ms. Iva at the front desk. She greeted us with a warm welcome that was both professional and efficient. Arriving on an early morning flight, we were pleasantly surprised when Ms. Iva managed to arrange for our room to be ready well before the usual check-in time. Her efforts went far beyond typical hospitality, ensuring that our stay started smoothly and stress-free. Additionally, the hotel’s SPA and gym are both well-equipped and tastefully designed, adding to the overall luxury of our visit. Our stay at The Amauris Vienna Hotel was truly memorable, largely thanks to the outstanding service and the elegant environment. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna, and suggest you ask for Ms. Iva to experience the best of customer care.

the Appartement was really cosy, i loved the coffee machine with fresh beans. i also liked that all basics were already in the flat (salt, pepper, oil, soap…). the bed was comfy (but really soft, so depends what people like). communication was always easy with fast response. the house was really calm so we slept like babies. internet was brilliant, as my husband grad to work while our stay.
