The most appealing aspect of Bergdale cottages was the location, which is a farm, with farm animals. It had a rural feel even though it is in the town of Hazyview. The cottage was very modern, very well equipped and very roomy.

Situado nas margens do Rio Spekboom, o Rivendell Trout Estate apresenta acomodações a 18 km de Lydenburg. We loved everything about this place! The property is absolutely beautiful! The house we stayed in was more than we expected! It had everything we needed & was beautifully decorated. There were 4 bedrooms, each bedroom had it’s own 1/2 bathroom, and two full bathrooms with one between each bedroom. The beds were very comfortable. There were 6 of us in our group & plenty of room for everyone! We had a big dining table, plenty of room to sit around in the den & outside on the deck. There was also a covered separate area not part of the deck, which was a great place to gather & grill outside. We loved listening to the river which runs through the back yard & is about 50 feet from the deck. The property is located a little ways off the main highway, which we loved. We wanted to be away from town. You will want to make sure you have your own food & drinks before driving out to the property. We all loved this place & would definitely stay here again. The only problem we had was that our stay was too short! We plan to go back when we can stay longer.
