The property is so spacious! We are a group of 9 people and we haven't even maximized the entire place because of its massiveness! It has complete amenities and utilities! We enjoyed the ktv room and the pool so much! The staff is very accommodating and very gracious to grant our small requests. It is very accessible to all key areas in Da Nang especially the beach!

They set up a chat group to communicate with us from the first day of our stay and were very attentive to our needs. When we needed ice to enjoy beer together at the villa, Xuan butler immediately went to buy it for us, even though it was raining. We were truly grateful. Their response was quick and efficient. The villa's pool was pleasant and warm, and the beach was within walking distance. They even provided buggy car rides to the beach (operates from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this villa

Central , Minimalist and Cozy - Gau ' s House ตั้งอยู่ในใจกลางดานัง ห่างจากพิพิธภัณฑ์จาม 700 ม. และห่างจากสะพานข้ามแม่น้ำห่าน 1.9 กม. The host was very accomondating and ensure our stay met all expectations. The house was very new and modern, feels like taking your own home on holiday. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Da Nang.
