Everything well maintained and service went the extra mile with us being late. The next day we could stay as long as we wanted because there was no other booking. Short cab ride from the main city (~10€). Recommended!

Providing garden views, Casas da Ribeira in Santa Bárbara offers accommodation, a garden and barbecue facilities. With sea views, this accommodation features a patio. Really cosy and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you might need. There is also private parking, and nice garden with bbq facilities. We really enjoyed the breakfast which was left in the fridge for us (local products) and the fact that the baker brought us bread in the morning was also really nice. The location is also pretty good, just few minutes walk from the center of the village and the shop, and the Santa Barbara viewpoint can also be reached on foot (about 15 minute walk downhill). The host was also really helpful, tried to help us with everything and even offered to pay for our breakfast one morning when the baker forgot to bring us the bread. Overall a great apartment in a very peaceful environment for a great price.

Set in Porto Judeu in the Terceira region, Casa do Galante has a patio and mountain views. This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. What a cute little house! Large enough to accommodate our family of 5 with no issue. Had a driveway which was great since we had a rental car. Great communication with host. Kitchen seemed to have all needed amenities ( we didn’t use them as we were there for a short while but appeared to have everything needed to make and serve a meal). Excellent view from the front bedroom bed. Wow! Nice to have a porch in the front to take in the view. So awesome to have roosters roaming around. And cows in the field next door. A true small town experience. Walking distance to the Largo and to Rocha snack bar and restaurant. There was even a local cat that came around for snuggles and pets. Wonderful time! Highly recommend! Set in Capelas, within 16 km of Pico do Carvao and 18 km of Sete Cidades Lagoon, Solar Pontes offers accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests who drive. Beautiful setting, great breakfast, tea and fresh fruit available for the guests in the evenings. Excellent, helpful staff. A minor inconvenience with the hairdryer was immediately addressed. Located in Calheta, Abrigo da Cascata - Casas de Campo - São Jorge offers a garden, free WiFi, a shared kitchen, and a housekeeping service. The location and our lovely host. The weather was really difficult the day we reached but our lovely host made sure we reached safe and even offered a heart warming quick meal for us. All the restaurants and grocery store were closed by the time we reached and that was a really nice gesture. The property itself is magical. It is built right next to the Sea by a waterfall and there are some walking trails around. It is beautiful and must be experienced.
