Ubicato a Mértola vicino al fiume Guadiana, l'incantevole Quinta do Vau offre viste panoramiche sulla pittoresca città e sul corso d'acqua, accesso a una piscina all'aperto e connessione WiFi... Abbiamo amato il paesaggio godibile da varie zone in comune della struttura e la tranquillità del posto. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile ed educato. L'appartamento era confortevole e ben equipaggiato, perfetto per una famiglia.

Boasting air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace, Casa Solua is situated in Reguengos de Monsaraz. Guests can benefit from a patio and a barbecue. Everything. Bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, The best part for us was the back garden, it was easily big enough to have local friends over (who were friends with the owner). But the best part was the roof terrace. Beautiful views, nice sun trap. Nice morning relaxing area with a coffee. Couldn't be happier. And the cost is really cheap for the quality. Also the local village, and the surrounding villages. It's a little hidden gem.

Our host Benedita greeted us as we got out of the car, she was forewarned by her overactive but cute dog Leia; she recruited her daughter Rachel to translate as a go-between for the check-in (thanks Rachel). We later managed very well on our own with a mixture of English, Portuguese, Spanish and a bit of French. Benedita offered us the use of her laundry room for free which we graciously accepted on the spot. You just cannot wish for a better host, we felt that we were treated like family. Thanks Benedita, please say Hello to Luke (her other dog that I wish I could take home).
