The resort is lovely, the staff if super kind and amazing, food is beyond words, since the veggies are all grown in the farm itself and the chef cooks them up wonderfully. There are a lot of tours and treks you can do and the staff goes beyond to make sure you have everything you need and are comfortable. Would definitely visit again

She helped us with any requests and was so kind and attentive. She made the property great!

It’s a good distance from the city Center for a weekend getaway. The view from the rooftop is quite nice and we were able to sleep 11 people very comfortably. The rating would have been much higher if not for the ridiculously intrusive on site staff. If management corrects this it will be a big improvement.

The staff were excellent, especially Diwana who went out of his way to help. On a clear day the view is breathtaking, I very much doubt there is better. Rooms clean, very good size, & again spectacular views. It certainly is no 5*. However you get the impression it once was. Bit of a " hotel Budapest" if you have ever seen the film. However for service, & a view that will take your breath away, it is well worth it.
