The cabin is newly built and feels very fresh and welcoming. It is equipped with all the things that you may need during your stay. Everything was very well organized. The location is quite good. Very short distance to Kristiansand. Its definitely good place to stay with children. The host met us on day one and explained/answered our queries. The host is very nice and professional. Overall, we had very nice and comfortable stay in the cabin and would definitely recommend it to other people with BIG YES :-)

Based on just the view from the deck of this house, the rating is worth a 10. Loved sitting on the deck and looking at the harbor. Nice, big place (designed for much larger groups - we were just 2 people) with lots of room and comfort. Big TV. Clean, with excellent facilities. Very well equipped. Loved the isolation and solitude, despite being above what appears to be a busy roadway. Bedrooms were very quiet. Be aware that you will have to carry luggage up a short gravel path to the house. This was one of the best places we stayed while in Norway for a month.

Ubytovanie Luxurious Boathouse with Private Dock in the Best Location in Arendal sa nachádza v destinácii Arendal a ponúka výhľad na more. Ide o klimatizované ubytovanie s patiom. Fantastic location on side of fjord. Very modern and comfortable interior. Lovely outside seating although we only used it one day due to the weather. Good area to explore. Arendal is only a few minutes away by car and has lots of shops and restaurants. We also used the historic passenger ferry which only takes 6 minutes and runs all day late into the evening but is a pleasant 30 minute walk from the boat house. The host, Arild met us on arrival to show us where to park and show us the property.

Great location for what we needed. A cute tiny home that was comfortable and fun. It was quiet. Close to stores but far enough away not to be in the center of town. It was fun watching the chickens around the ward.
